一种新型加氢催化剂的再生方法

Abstract

The invention relates to a novel hydrogenation catalyst regeneration method in the technical field of the application of hydrogenation catalysts, in particular to a hydrogenation catalyst outside regeneration method in which conventional burning regeneration and chemical activation are combined and a technical quality standard. By using the regeneration method, the deposited carbon of the burnt deactivated spent catalysts can be effectively controlled; the intrinsic carbon is kept; the active metal aggregation degree is the minimum; the strength, the specific surface area and the pore volume are restored; and the foundation of chemical treatment is laid. Moreover, chemical activation (saturated dipping-drying) is carried out on the burning regenerant and the interaction between partial useful organic auxiliaries burnt in the burning process and the active metals is supplemented so that partial aggregated active metals are dispersed again and converted to a high-activity reactivity center in the vulcanization process and the activity of the catalyst is favorably restored.
本发明涉及加氢催化剂应用的技术领域的一种新型加氢催化剂的再生方法,一种把常规烧焦再生和化学处理活化相结合的加氢催化剂器外再生的方法和技术质量标准。应用本再生的方法能够有效控制烧除失活待生催化剂的沉积碳,保留本征碳,使活性金属聚集度最小,其强度、比表面积、孔容得以恢复,奠定了化学处理的基础,进一步用有机化合物(含有机络合物)对烧焦再生剂进行化学处理活化(饱和浸渍—烘干),补充在烧焦过程中已烧掉的部分有用的有机助剂与活性金属相互作用,使部分聚集的活性金属得以重新分散.并在硫化过程中转化为高活性的反应活性中心,使催化剂的活性得到良好的恢复。
