Radiation synthetic preparing method for nanometer metal sulfide

Abstract

本发明涉及金属硫化物纳米微粉的辐射合成制备方法,特征是在含有硫源化合物和金属盐的溶液中,加入适量的表面活性剂,置于辐射场中辐照一定剂量后取出,进行洗涤和干燥;所得产物粒径分布范围窄,平均粒径小,颗粒形状均一;本制备方法工艺简单,原料便宜易得,成本低,产率高,适于批量生产。
The preparing method features that proper amount of surfactant is added into solution containing sulfur source and metal salt, and the solution is then irradiated by certain dosage in a radiation field. The product is finallytaken out, and through washing and drying, the product with narrow grain size distribution range and small average size is obtained. The said method is simple and suitable for mass production.
