Abstract

本发明涉及一种制取软钾镁矾的新方法,是将含有钾、镁、硫酸根、钠、氯离子的矿物原料与水混合,控制控制混合物料中钾、镁、硫酸根和水的质量比。将混合物料在20—100℃下进行热溶反应,控制反应时间;反应后形成的固液混合料浆,分离得热溶饱和清液;将热溶饱和清液自然冷却至0—25℃,固液分离可得软钾镁矾和软钾镁矾母液;本发明的最终产物品位高、钾的单次转化率高、工艺过程简单、成本低。
A process for preparing soft leonite includes such steps as mixing water with raw ore containing the ions of K, Mg, SO4, N and Cl while controlling the mass ratio of K, Mg and SO4 to water, hot dissolving reaction at 20-100 deg.C for a certain time to obtain solid-liquid mixture slurry, separating to obtain saturated clear liquid, natural cooling to 0-25 deg.C, and solid-liquid separating to obtain soft leonite and its mother liquid. Its advantages include high quality of final product, high single-pass transform rate of K, simple process and low cost.
