耐溶剂热稳定型抗冲击聚苯乙烯树脂及其制备方法

Abstract

本发明以苯乙烯为单体,以环氧化的聚丁二烯橡胶或环氧化的丁二烯、苯乙烯共聚物橡胶或几种环氧化橡胶的混合物为增韧剂,采用自由基聚合方法制备耐溶剂热稳定型抗冲击聚苯乙烯树脂,环氧化橡胶的环氧值为5—50%(重量百分比),增韧剂的用量为3%—20%(重量百分比),自由基聚合反应可以采用热引发或引发剂引发进行。
The solvent-resisting thermostable shockproof polystyrene resin is prepared through free radical polymerization using styrene as monomer and epoxidized polybutadiene rubber or eposidized butadiene-styrene rubber or the mixture of several kinds of epoxidized rubber as flexibilizer. The epoxide number of the epoxidized rubber is 5-50 wt%, the flexibilizer amount is 3-30 wt%, and the free radical polymerization is heat or initiator initiated.
