Abstract

本发明公开了一种微波测量煤层水份的方法,其特征在于:应用窄带线性调频体制的微波干涉仪,通过该微波干涉仪的天线与被测煤层样品的非接触测量,采用相位法与功率衰减法同时进行的技术措施,将测量值与定标曲线进行比较后进入计算机进行数据处理,对煤层作水份测量。本发明可用简单的手段对各种煤层进行实时煤层含水量的测量,测量方法可靠。与称重法测量值相比,测量误差小于0.5%。可广泛应用在建材行业、粮食储存和造纸业等。
The method for measuring water content of coal layer by using microwave technology is characterized by that using microwave interferometer with narrow-band linear frequency modulation system, utilizing the non-contact measuremtn of antenna of said wirowave interferometer and measured coal layer sample, adopting phase method and power attenuation method to make technical treatment simultaneously, comparing the measured value with calibration curve and using computer to make data processing so as to implement water content measurement of coal layer. Its measurement method is reliable, as compared with measured value obtained by weighting method its measurement error is less than 0.5%. Said invention can be extensively used in the fields of building material, grain storage and paper-making industries.
