Method for making nanometer noble metal microparticles

Abstract

本发明涉及纳米贵金属微粒的制备方法。其特征是采用活性炭纤维吸附还原溶液中的贵金属离子,包括Au、Ag、Pd、Pt等,利用纤维表面特有的还原性官能团还原贵金属离子,且纤维的表面形貌限制了金属颗粒的长大,从而在固/液两相界面生成纳米贵金属微粒。本发明工艺简便,条件温和,制得的纳米贵金属纯度高,且利于环境保护。
The preparation method of nanometer noble metal particles is characterized by that odopting active carbon fibre to adsorb the noble metal ions from reduced solution, including Au, Ag, Pd and Pt, etc., utilizing the original reductive functional group on the fibre surface to reduce noble metal ion, and the surface topography of the fibre limits the growth of particles to form nanometer metal particles between solid-liquid two-phase interface. Said invention is simple and convenient in technological process, moderate in condition, high in produced noble metal purity and favorable for environmental protection.
