The present invention discloses a distillation and mingling technique for making liquid spirit, which features that such invented techniques as simple and efficient cooler, composite acid, composite lipid and composite alcohol are used. Its advantages are high quality and output rate of spirit, less investment in equipment, and direct use of distiller's grains as feed.
